With a strong focus on automation and technology, they continuously enhance their systems and processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. About the role: As an Automation Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and enhancing test automation frameworks across various products. You will collaborate closely with architects, test analysts, tech leads, product owners, and scrum teams to define automation test strategies and drive efficiencies in testing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising regression suites, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring best practices are followed in test automation. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of automation capabilities by engaging with subject matter experts, test analysts, and the broader automation community. Key responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and enhancing the Test Automation framework for various products, including developing and maintaining the regression suites. Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as architects, test analysts, tech leads, product owners, and scrum teams to identify automation test scope. Coordinating with pipeline planning and scrum teams to incorporate test automation. Reviewing industry and best practices to continuously improve test automation approaches and frameworks. Collaborating with SMEs, test analysts, and the automation community to improve and enhance test automation capability. The successful candidate: Demonstrated 5 years leadership and experience in implementing and updating automation frameworks and scripts across website technologies. Extensive knowledge and experience in building test automation frameworks. What's on offer? This contract is available for an initial 6-month term with a 6-month extension. Located in Melbourne.
