WHAT YOU’LL DO: Oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service Lead, motivate and support a high-performing team to smash sales and KPI targets Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients Manage and report on key performance metrics to head office Promote top automotive brands and products with confidence Uphold our Quality Assurance System and maintain a safe, clean workplace WHAT YOU BRING: A passion for cars, mechanics and delivering outstanding service Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results At least two years of experience managing an automotive service centre (or similar) Proven track record in sales and customer service within the automotive industry Trade qualification (preferred but not essential) Valid Qld Driver’s License Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia WHY JOIN US?
