About the Role: Now hiring for our Osborne Park Store Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service by matching the customer with the correct parts and assisting with sales inquiries. Handling inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Collaborating with team members to achieve store success and maintain high standards of service. Accurately picking and putting stock away. About You: Are you ready to drive your career forward? We are looking for individuals who possess: A driver's license and reliable transport. A love of cars and the automotive industry. A positive attitude and well-presented demeanor. Knowledge of vehicle parts. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A desire for career progression and long-term employment. Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience. Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including some heavy lifting).
