This role focuses on project delivery, roadmap execution, and stakeholder management , ensuring that IT systems align with business objectives. You will oversee key initiatives such as CRM and CPQ implementations, system integrations, and data strategy , working closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficiency and innovation. This is a leadership role , where you will manage a team and oversee multiple projects rather than being hands-on with technical execution. The ideal candidate has strong skills in project management, IT strategy, and business transformation , with experience delivering complex IT initiatives in a B2B environment . Key Responsibilities Strategic Roadmap Execution: Define and oversee the 3-5 year IT roadmap , ensuring alignment with business objectives. Project Delivery & Execution: Lead the successful implementation of key IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. CRM & CPQ Implementation: Oversee the rollout of Salesforce Energy & Utilities (E&U) Cloud and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems , ensuring smooth adoption. System Integration Management: Ensure seamless end-to-end integration of core business systems (e.g., CRM to Billing). Data & AI Strategy: Work with data teams to implement AI-driven insights and automation to improve business efficiency. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the key liaison between IT and business teams, managing external partners and ensuring effective collaboration. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and direction on project priorities. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in IT project delivery , roadmap planning, and execution within a B2B environment. Expertise in leading IT transformation projects , with a focus on CRM, CPQ, and system integrations. Excellent stakeholder management skills , with the ability to engage business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external technology partners. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on project execution oversight. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certification is a plus.
