About the Job As the Senior Lead Generation Manager, you are working closely with: the Chief of Strategy and Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager, the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales team, the Product team. You design, build and execute successful B2B demand generation projects across both direct and channel partner go-to-market strategies. In this role, you are responsible for driving top of the funnel B2B lead generation as well as mid-funnel lead nurturing through account-based marketing principles. You rely on digital channels, thought leadership, online advertising, executive events, and marketing technology. Initially, you will drive demand across the ANZ region but rapidly could have the opportunity to develop, suggest and implement plans for launching new regions such as Asia or Europe. Key responsibilities Own top-of-the-funnel demand generations performance (direct and channel partners) for our Voice Orchestration Platform. Create and manage our account-based marketing engine (nurturing). Develop Top of the funnel KPIs and metrics to understand trends, assess performance, and optimise decision-making. Focus on ANZ demand, while developing plans for opening-up other regions such as Europe, the USA, or APAC. Coordinate content & thought leadership development in line with product launch calendar and demand-generation plans. Manage budget and maximise ROI. What would the right profile look like? You have a track record of designing and executing modern B2B demand generation programs for direct and channel-partner GTM. You have experience in Cloud and SaaS technology. You ideally have experience with Telecommunications and Contact Center services or Customer Experience technology. You understand CRM tools (HubSpot) and believe in account-based marketing. You are data-driven and understand A/B testing concepts. You have a real talent for managing and coordinating multiple projects. You are creative and hands-on. You enjoy writing and have an excellent English level (spoken and written). You have strong stakeholder management skills and make “things happen”.
