About the Role Manage a group to ensure all guests have a safe and exceptional backcountry experience. Show expert riding ability and several years of backcountry snow experience and share it with our guests. Safely negotiate all types of snow conditions in adverse weather conditions. Navigate confidently via local knowledge, map and compass, and electronic aids. Interact and be understanding of our diverse range of guests. About You First Aid Certification – Provide First Aid HLTAID003 (Required), Provide First Aid in Remote Situations HLTAID005 or Provide First Aid in a Remote Location SISOOPS305A (Preferred). Avalanche Safety Certification – AST 1 (Required), AST 2 above or equivalent (Preferred). Ability to ride all snow conditions and terrain in a strong, effective and confident manner whilst carrying a pack up to 20kg. If you're ready for your next adventure, apply now to join our team!
