The opportunity Following the recent Partnership appointment of Jonathan Siu, our Perth Banking & Finance team is expanding. Our team is led by Partners Geoff Stevens, Niamh Breheny, Simon Chan and Jonathan Siu. We act for all the Big 4 domestic banks, major non-bank lenders, overseas lenders and significant corporate borrowers on bilateral, club and syndicated lends. You’ll get access to complex matters across real estate, construction finance, project and asset financing, retirement / aged care financing, Agri-finance, corporate finance transactions and corporate restructurings and insolvency.
