The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city. We are now seeking expressions of interest from Bar Attendants , looking to be part of our team. Your passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences coupled with your previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Cocktail server, Mixologist or alike, will see you showcase your passion for the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be required to prepare signature and classic cocktails, smoothly operate the bar and serve food & beverages. A few of your responsibilities: Take orders and prepare drinks accurately and efficiently Maintain a high level of beverage product knowledge Maintain the bar's cleanliness and organisation Compliance with RSA standards What are we looking for: Previous experience working in a bar Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery is timely Passionate about customer service Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment About you: Do you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere where every drink you create tells a story?
