Gaming Hosts/Attendants | Food & Beverage Attendants | Eden Brewhouse Redcape Hospitality is seeking caring, passionate hospitality professionals to join the team at Eden Brewhouse as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants or Casual Gaming Hosts/Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & your respective venue teams to successfully operate the hotel in a hands-on role in a FOH capacity. Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours. Possess a current/valid RSA & RSG (Or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in the same or similar role(s) is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
