Battery Sales / Customer Service Officer Do you have experience, or an interest in battery technology? Battery World Hoppers Crossing and Melton has full time Sales & Service roles available. With on-the-job training provided no previous battery knowledge is required, just an enthusiasm for learning. The position will alternate between both the Hoppers Crossing and Melton stores. The purpose of this role is to meet both team and individual targets. The successful candidate/s performance will be well rewarded with opportunities for further development. The position involves working on a rotating 7-day roster which includes working every second weekend. As part of our retail/service team you will be responsible for: Providing customers with friendly service and accurate advice Battery fitting to vehicles and/or electronic devices Stock replenishment and receipting (includes warranty lodgement) Merchandising and production Essential to this role: If you are looking to join a dynamic organisation and work within a diverse team, we want to hear from you.
