In this job you will As a Driver Trainer at DHL, you'll champion our drive to ZERO, safety Leadership journey to achieve a best practice safety culture. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents, and join a committed team to coordinate Driver training with DHL Supply Chain. Collaborate with Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to coordinate assessments and training. Maintain professionalism and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Identify, resolve, report and/or escalate all Health, Safety and Wellbeing concerns with urgency. Commitment to continuous improvement of quality, safety and service. Evaluate the knowledge, competency and skills of new and existing drivers across a range of truck types. Develop a strong understanding of specific contract requirements and reinforce through training interventions when required. Conduct a range of training programs to support the delivery of the Cameron group training initiatives. You have the following qualities & qualifications Current Multi Combination (MC) class driver’s license. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety (preferred). Experience working in an operational Transport & Logistics business. Confident computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
