You have experience in both beauty therapy and management, with a drive to create exceptional client experiences while motivating your team to excel. To Be Successful, You’ll Have At least 3 years of beauty therapy experience 1+ year in Front of House or reception roles A warm, welcoming, and professional approach Expertise in skin treatments and product recommendations Strong rebooking and scheduling skills A basic understanding of social media Experience with till balancing, Eftpos, and Afterpay A team-oriented mindset and ability to inspire others Impeccable attention to detail and presentation A passion for learning, growing, and creating unforgettable client experiences Bonus Skills A love for makeup and merchandising Creativity in social media and branding Ready to Join Our Team?
