Role Description Andersen & Co Behavioural & Therapeutic Support is seeking a dedicated full-time Behaviour Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while being primarily based in Bacchus Marsh, VIC.As a Behaviour Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering behavioural analysis and support services, managing day-to-day responsibilities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families. If you are passionate about creating positive change and enjoy a flexible work environment, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications Proficiency in behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.Experience in designing and implementing individualised behavior support plans.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and professionals.Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in behavior analysis.Certification in behavior analysis (e.g., BCBA certification) is highly desirable.Prior experience in educational or therapeutic settings is considered an advantage.
