What your days might look like As a Benefits Sales Development Representative, you’ll focus on generating qualified leads, nurturing opportunities, and driving growth for our Benefits function, specifically the novated leasing product (Employment Hero Leasing Powered by Driva). Working under the guidance of Employment Hero’s Benefits Partnerships function as well as Driva’s Sales Manager, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and receive hands-on training from one of Australia’s leading Tech companies. As a Benefits Sales Development Representative focused on Novated Leasing, you’ll: Pitch and increase adoption of the Employment Hero Leasing product directly to companies using Employment Hero’s extensive database of existing employment data. Onboard and activate smaller companies independently, ensuring a smooth transition to Employment Hero Leasing. Assist in securing employer approvals for novated leases initiated by employees, supporting the completion of the leasing process. Help clients and potential customers understand the novated leasing offering and its value. Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Qualify and pass challenging leads or larger companies to Driva’s Sales Team for further development and closure. Perform in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers and generate interest in Employment Hero Leasing. Maintain and expand your prospect database, ensuring ongoing opportunities within your assigned segment.
