About the Role Our client is an Australian Civil Construction company with a national reach experiencing rapid growth within their Sydney office. They have an urgent need for an experienced Bid Coordinator to act as the glue between their estimating and project teams, and drive the bids process. This role will suit someone who is looking for a long-term move into a company where they can help shape the bids process, grow with the business, and in time develop a team around them. The role will see you working across: Coordinate and manage the entire bid process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-bid activities, while ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. Collaborate closely with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organize all necessary bid-related information and documentation. Conduct comprehensive research on project requirements, competitor analysis, and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness and increase the company's win rate. Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid tracking system to monitor and manage all bid submissions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all bid-related activities. Facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes the successful delivery of high-quality, competitive bids. Assist in the preparation of compelling proposal content and presentations, emphasizing the company's unique value proposition and capabilities to potential clients. About You To be considered for the role of Bid Coordinator, you will also possess: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Proven experience in bid coordination or a similar role within the construction industry. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficient in Adobe InDesign. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization. Remuneration & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $120k+superannuation. Exposure to a variety of projects and clients, take the lead!
