About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking a full time Pre-Construction Coordinator in our Gregory Hills head office. This position will report to the Pre-Construction Manager and support clients from contract deposit to site commencement through the provision of personalised customer service and administration support. Key responsibilities of the role include: Client Relationship Management Maintenance of client files and related information Workflow management and reporting Liaison with internal departments and teams on required approvals Coordination of engineering details, water board, hydraulic, acoustic, bushfire etc. Preparation of submission documentation and liaison with relevant Developer/Council/PCA Coordination of all necessary documentation from clients, suppliers, contractors, lenders, brokers as required About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess: Minimum 2 years industry experience in a similar role Proven experience organising permits for the residential build process Strong customer service and communication skills Team focused working with a high performing team, results driven What's in it for you?
