Role Description We’re looking for a Bid & Marketing Team Lead to produce and deliver high-quality submissions. This role plays an integral part in winning work for our business. Located in Melbourne , you'll be a key part of our Bid team supporting national bids, as well as managing Melbourne-based Bid & Marketing Coordinators. You'll also be responsible for: Creating proposals and tender documentation, that demonstrates RPI's value proposition to prospective clients. Developing visuals, graphics and written content for bid submissions. You'll need to understand the project brief, and articulate RPI's unique selling points to clients in a concise and persuasive manner. Tracking upcoming tender opportunities and panel submissions, through various portals. Developing and maintaining general marketing material to support business development, such as capability statements and case studies. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience coordinating and managing submission in a professional services or relevant industry organisation. Stakeholder management is the key to this role, so you'll also need: To invest time into understanding each Executive Directors' business unit, their clientele and what creates a winning bid for their projects and their clients. The ability to produce sales-related content, capturing RPI's unique selling points and demonstrating our understanding of our clients needs. To bring a creative flair and approach to bid submissions - being able to craft messaging and produce engaging content that captures the attention of clients. A high level of organisation, strong business acumen, a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
