The Remarketing Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the remarketing team, ensuring the efficient processing, preparation, and sale of salvage vehicles and other assets across IAA facilities. Reporting to the Head of Remarketing, this role focuses on driving operational excellence, meeting KPIs, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing a team of Remarketing Executives, ensuring the team performs at a high level while contributing to IAA's growth objectives during this startup phase.
