We are a specialist brand management provider who helps our clients with everything printed and branded. We primarily service clients within the sport, not-for-profit, retail, and professional service industries. Our team of 14 works from our South Melbourne office, with a couple of team members working from home. We're looking for a capable, committed, and generally awesome team member to join us on this journey. About the role This role is approximately 80% finance, 10% office admin, and 10% heading up fun stuff at SKOOP HQ. Reporting to the founding director, your core function will be to take care of all of the business' accounts and bookkeeping within XERO. For this reason, a broad range of experience will be of benefit. High-level responsibilities include: All things accounts payable All things accounts receivable A wee bit of reporting The office manager and fun-stuff portion of the role includes: Front of office duties, answering phones, greeting guests, etc. Keeping the office stocked with supplies and consumables Coordinating team lunches and other event-based activities Working with the GM on fun-stuff projects for team, clients, and suppliers Occasional client support with phone/email inquiries The successful candidate will have: Oodles of positivity (good vibes are critical) A keen eye for detail and process Top-notch communication skills (written and verbal) An awesome attitude and be a team player Be personable, friendly, and objectively minded If you're the successful applicant, you'll be surrounded and supported by a talented, experienced, friendly, and super-fun team who'll appreciate you and love you to bits. This is an office-based role in South Melbourne. 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. For the right candidate, we can possibly shuffle work hours around and/or make this a 4-day gig; however, working from home is unfortunately not an option.
