CAMILLA is looking for passionate retail superstars to join our tribe on a Full-time basis at our Harbour Town Outlet Boutique on the Gold Coast. This role requires an Angel who is self-motivated and passionate about our amazing brand, as you will often be introducing it to customers for the first time! Responsibilities include: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity. Confidently be a brand ambassador for CAMILLA, embracing the culture and values wholeheartedly to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty. Build relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members. Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the POS system, and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges. Support the Boutique Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe. Ideal candidates will have: Experience within a KPI driven environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced atmosphere. A positive, “can-do” attitude, who enjoys working as one part of a successful team. Flexible ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays is a must.
