The Role: Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets Maintaining a high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client sales and client brand loyalty Carrying out store-operating standards Maintaining company policy and procedure Supporting the store manager to coordinate and uphold loss prevention strategies Maintaining the highest level of store presentation standards Key Requirements: Minimum two years of experience as a boutique stylist with a premium or luxury brand Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive and engaging experience for every customer Consistently strive to meet Boutique and individual productivity targets Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, online dispatch, merchandising, and store upkeep Strong styling skills and a deep understanding of fashion and trends Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships Love of fashion!
