Due to the success and growth of the branch, Boya Equipment is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator/Accounts Receivable Officer to join our busy workforce at our Wangara location. The main purpose of this role is the provision of administration support for the branch, accounts receivables functions, and OH&S Site Duties. The position also includes reception type duties, payroll and marketing assistance, and general branch administration. You will be a stand-out administrator, proactive and organised with excellent administration skills and enthusiasm to join a busy and diverse working environment. Key responsibilities will include the following: Work alongside the branch management team, contributing to the day-to-day running of the branch Accounts receivable and debtor management Assisting Payroll with the submission of approved timesheets Entering Supplier and sending Branch Invoices End of month processes which includes assisting accounts department and reconciliation of internal accounts General Branch administration tasks Coordinate local supplier orders, including Purchase Order management Oversee internal and external induction processes including WHS & HR compliance Upholding the company image through exceptional customer service Ensuring efficiency and continual improvement in all areas of responsibility To be considered for this role you will have the following: Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a similar position Proven ability to promote a positive team environment Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Exceptional attention to detail A high level of communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Prior experience in a mechanical business is advantageous but not essential Honesty and integrity A down-to-earth and approachable manner with a customer service focus What you’ll get in return: Working for Boya Double R means working with individuals who are passionate about what they do.
