Branch Manager | Full Time | Truckline Darra QLD Truckline is committed to supplying the Australian market with top quality aftermarket and OE parts and accessories for heavy duty vehicles. Truckline is currently looking for a full-time permanent Branch Manager at our Darra Branch. This is the perfect opportunity to utilise your strong leadership and business development expertise to drive the performance of the Truckline Darra branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the Branch. Responsibilities Include: Leading by example in all OH&S matters. Providing leadership to your branch, encompassing safety, people, sales, administration, operations, and customer service. Engaging and motivating your team towards a common goal. Delivering on operational and financial targets - sales, market growth, and profit as per the budget, whilst ensuring service delivery. Ensuring the efficient allocation of resources within your branch and across your team to achieve and exceed budget requirements and ensure long term success of the branch. Focusing on customer relationships to proactively seek, maintain, and grow new and existing business opportunities. About you: You are committed to the provision of a Healthy and Safe Work environment. You will have demonstrated leadership and management ability, including working with budgets and financial reporting. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or leadership position within a retail or branch environment. You will have extensive business development experience, with the ability to maintain and grow customer relationships. You will be conscientious with a driven attitude, and a keen eye for detail. You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a cool head when working under pressure. What we can offer you: A great place to work!
