If you're a seasoned professional with a strong background in agricultural retail management, staffing, and financial oversight, we want to talk with you! As Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations and staffing, including: Customer & Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with customers and suppliers. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a dedicated team, with responsibility for recruitment, performance, and staff development. Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, review financial reports, and forecast stock requirements. Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the business and contribute to strategic development. Safety & Compliance: Ensure branch compliance with WH&S standards and Agsafe program requirements. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in retail/branch management, ideally from within the agriculture sector or a closely related industry. Strong budget management skills, including forecasting and revenue responsibility. A hands-on approach to team engagement and professional development for your team. A passion for the rural community and agricultural industry and an understanding of their unique needs. Please Note: You will also require a current driver’s license as well as Australian or NZ citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
