Job Summary The Phone Sales / Store Person's role is to efficiently take branch sales phone calls and maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment in the branch store area. About the Role We are seeking a person who has a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and is driven to reach business goals. Key Responsibilities Respond to branch phone calls, assisting customers and Account Managers to maximize branch sales. Assist customers at the branch sales counter. Process invoices, credits, and RMAs. Receive and dispatch goods/consign freight in a timely and efficient manner. Undertake stock counts. Maintain goods, pallet racking, and shelving in correct sequence and location. Report incorrect stock levels to the branch manager and other branches. Skills & Experience An ability to work in a team to meet KPIs. Well presented. Automotive electrical parts sales, mechanical workshop, or warehousing experience would be an advantage.
