Job Summary The Phone Sales / Store Person's role is to efficiently take branch sales phone calls and maintain a clean, tidy and safe branch store environment. About the Role We are seeking a full-time permanent Phone Sales / Store Person who has a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and is driven to reach business goals. Key Responsibilities Respond to branch phone calls, assisting customers and Account Managers to maximise branch sales. Assist customers on the branch sales counter. Process Invoices, Credits and RMA’s. Receive and despatch goods / consign freight in a timely efficient manner. Undertake Stock Counts. Maintain goods, pallet racking and shelving in correct sequence and location. Report incorrect stock levels to branch manager and other branches. Skills & Experience An ability to work in a team to meet KPI’s. Well presented. Automotive electrical parts sales, mechanical workshop or warehousing experience would be an advantage.
