ABOUT THE ROLE We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Brand & Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to lead the development and execution of marketing and communications initiatives. Your efforts will play a key role in aligning these initiatives with our evolving brand strategy as we undertake a brand refresh, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop compelling digital content that aligns with Urban Property Group’s brand messaging across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website. Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging communication with our online community and target audience. Coordinate and manage internal and external communications across digital channels, including EDMs, Intranet posts, and website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone. Support the development and execution of digital communication strategies, ensuring all messaging reflects the company’s core values and enhances its digital presence. Ensure all digital marketing, brand communication, and content activities are aligned with Urban Property Group’s brand positioning, business goals, and digital transformation strategies. Drive the company’s digital brand refresh, maintaining consistency in online messaging. Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, website updates, social media, and other digital touchpoints, while managing timelines, budgets, and key deliverables. Produce detailed reports on digital campaign performance, measuring results, and identifying opportunities for optimization and better alignment with digital communication goals. Brief and collaborate with external suppliers, such as PR agencies, event companies, photographers, and creative agencies, ensuring digital content and communications align with brand standards and digital objectives. Assist in mapping the customer journey across digital platforms and incorporate feedback from Voice of Customer surveys to enhance the digital experience, communication strategies, and brand perception. Contribute to the development and implementation of Urban Property Group’s broader brand, marketing, and digital communications strategies, ensuring seamless integration across both traditional and digital channels.
