About the role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Brand Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to our Brand team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Brand, you'll work with agency partners and internal stakeholders across the organisation to help deliver our brand initiatives. Day to day, you'll: Support the Brand Specialist and Marketing Manager, Brand on projects as needed. Keep an eye on our Brand inbox and make sure requests get to the right people. Help out with merchandise orders when our teams need them. Set up photo shoots for staff headshots. Handle project administration (like getting estimates approved and taking meeting notes). Pitch in with member events when things get busy. This role is permanent opportunity based in Brisbane. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: You've done similar administration work. You're organised and know how to manage your time. You can communicate clearly. You're comfortable working with all kinds of people. You know your way around Microsoft Office. You can work on your own but also love being part of a team.
