Marketing Coordinator - Brand Activations 2XU is on the hunt for a Brand Activations Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team! This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, community and sales across our retail channels. The role: You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns with a focus on project management, executing processes and coordinating the marketing calendar and production schedule. You will maintain seamless communication between teams to help deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget. You will be involved in the implementation of the brand's marketing activity across a range of products, campaigns, and community initiatives, playing a pivotal role in supporting our end-consumer marketing campaigns, whilst supporting the Global Brand Activations Manager and Global Head of Brand & Marketing in elevating our campaigns and brand activations every day. How you will make a difference: Campaign and activation administration and execution Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders Responsible for the department marketing calendar Cross-functional project management Oversee the marketing production schedule, coordinating the briefing, production and delivery of assets Product and sample management Relationship building with our trade partners and end consumers to ensure delivery through digital asset management platforms Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement. Assist in the delivery of brand activations and events for campaign, digital and retail channels Assist with preparing and executing ECOMM and campaign photoshoots and conference sell-in What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing production, project coordination, or a similar role. You are a confident self-starter who is driven and pro-active. You have strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail, working best with processes and workflows. You are solutions oriented with great problem solving skills. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
