We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager / Heavy Vehicle Specialist to join our team here at Orange Motor Group. Position Overview: As a Brand Manager / Heavy Vehicle Specialist for our Daimler Trucks brand, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of our brand strategies for our heavy vehicle division. You will be responsible for creating strong brand awareness, driving product positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Your expertise in heavy vehicles will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions for our customers, as well as promoting our brand's value proposition. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand strategies for Orange Motor Group's heavy vehicle segment. Position and promote heavy vehicle products to enhance market presence and drive sales. Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to build brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product offerings and customer expectations. Monitor and manage brand performance, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners, to drive business growth. Provide training and support to internal teams on product features, industry trends, and customer needs within the heavy vehicle sector. Track and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Our ideal candidate will have: Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in brand management within the automotive or heavy vehicle sector. In-depth knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry, including trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
