The Brand and Communications Officer will consult with and utilise the information and expertise of various departments and individuals, internally and externally, to develop and distribute key corporate communications and marketing materials mostly focused on internal and corporate audiences. Working closely with team members in the marketing department, the role ensures that the corporate departments are well supported with their communication needs to meet department objectives and the strategic direction of Wodonga TAFE. Selected Duties: Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, newsletters, ads, brochures, media releases, corporate docs). Ensure intranet and database accuracy to meet the institute’s needs and audience expectations. Coordinate media releases and manage distribution and follow-up. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness; recommend improvements. Support events with strategic internal and external communications. Minimum Degree in Marketing or Communications with relevant work experience or lesser qualification combined with significant relevant industry experience. Desirable: Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, website content management systems, and EDM platforms.
