We will live the ‘power of yes’ and push for the best (we might not always get it right!) but we’ll work together to tackle opportunities, hold each other up and be there in the moments that matter to you and our community.What you'll do - Brand & Communications Lead This role is critical in winning the hearts and minds of clients and workers before they even know they need us with strong branding messaging and stories. As the Brand & Communications Lead you will provide brand and content marketing leadership within the business, playing a key role in helping to build Hireup brand to deliver our next phase of growth. In this role you will own all aspects of Brand and the storytelling to both clients and support worker audiences.Please note, this role is located in Sydney or Melbourne. Deliver the brand strategies for Hireup across both clients and support workers to help drive sales growth and business objectives. Develop and execute brand & communications plans to support brand objectives, including PR, social media and content marketing. Manage a small team of communications specialists, who will support delivery of the brand and communications efforts. Working closely with content producers and agency partners to help create compelling brand stories that help drive awareness and differentiate us in a crowded market. Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative campaigns and content that bring the brand to life. Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, engaging, and effective in achieving marketing objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality brand assets. Work with PR Agency partner & Internal team to develop and deliver activities that are aligned with PR objectives. Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results. Analyse and keep up to date with competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and help inform strategies that will change how people perceive the brand. Work closely with Marketing Team Managers, Content Team, Chief of Staff and other key stakeholders to ensure brand strategies are aligned with their objectives. Your Background Minimum 8+ years experience in a brand or marketing leadership role – within a customer centric business. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing communications specialists Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management. Demonstrated experience in delivering brand campaigns aligned to business objectives. Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding. Strong analytics and insights driven decision making. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals A positive, confident, pro-active and resilient personality who takes ownership of things and has a bias to action and drives initiatives forward.
