The Role Our Broker Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our national sales team with a specific focus on ensuring new broker members are onboarded efficiently and professionally. Working in a small, collaborative team you will be responsible for: Process onboarding applications and agreements for brokers joining Connective. Provide exceptional customer service to brokers as the first point of contact in their customer journey with Connective. Ensure compliance in line with regulatory and business requirements. Ensure the CRM database is accurately maintained. About you Your exceptional customer service skills, as well as your dynamic and enthusiastic approach will see you excel in this role. You are inquisitive, results focused with meticulous attention to detail and can manage a variety of competing tasks and your time accordingly. You will also have: At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a customer support/processing role. Experience within the mortgage broking, third party banking or finance industry is advantageous but not essential. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / CRM and database systems.
