The Broker support administrator will work with BDMs, Mortgage Brokers, Aggregators and our lending operations team to assist driving new business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service and building relationships. This is a hybrid role where office attendance is required 3 days per week in our Sydney office. How you will spend your time Provide essential phone and email support to Mortgage brokers & broker assistants. Provide status updates & assist in managing expectations. Work with Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers & Lending operations to maintain a smooth experience as files make their way through the pipeline. Liaise with our settlement team. Adhere to our compliance requirements. Work closely with credit, operations and business partners. Assist with Mortgage Broker training sessions. Support broker accreditations. Maintain accurate client records and databases. Manage valuations pre-submission. Manage business collateral and be a part of change initiatives. Attend broker and aggregator functions when needed. Participate & contribute in team initiatives. Clearly demonstrate the ubank value propositions. What makes you tick You have a talent and passion for solving customer problems. You are an experienced Broker support administrator in the 3rd party intermediary channel. You have experience with mortgages and credit criteria. You can demonstrate that you are a team player & can work independently. You are great at building rapport & relationships (including over the phone). You have great communication skills. You have attention to detail, yet able to step back and see the big picture when the situation requires. You will love learning everything there is to learn about our products, competitor knowledge and the broker industry. You are a self-starter and get excited by helping brokers and BDMs. You are solution-based and love problem-solving & you put your hand up for help when stuck. You are a team player and support your team as needed. You know how to adapt to situations and will represent yourself and the company professionally. Why ubank?
