What You’ll Do As Broker Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers secure the right loan. Your key responsibilities will include: Researching lender policies and tailoring product options to suit each client. Conducting serviceability and preliminary assessments using tools such as Quickli and lender calculators. Preparing loan comparison reports and making lender recommendations. Staying up-to-date with lender policies, products, and industry trends. Preparing and issuing compliance documents for customer review and approval. Submitting loan applications through MyCRM and Apply Online. Monitoring applications from submission to approval, ensuring timely outcomes. Liaising with lenders and business partners to expedite the assessment process. Conducting internal compliance reviews and maintaining a high standard of application quality. Completing annual reviews for existing customers to ensure their loan products remain competitive. What We Offer At McLean Home Loans, we are committed to supporting your growth and success. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-focused environment. To excel in this role, you’ll bring: Experience: At least 12 months in a lending support role or a background in credit analysis/home lending processes. Technical Skills: Familiarity with MyCRM, Apply Online, or Quickli is an advantage but not essential. Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and producing high-quality work. Organisational Skills: Exceptional time-management abilities to meet deadlines effectively. Lending Knowledge: A solid understanding of general lending credit policies and procedures. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse and interpret financial data. Proactive Thinking: A forward-thinking approach to improving processes and driving efficiencies. Accountability: A results-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
