We are currently working with a trusted and well-established brokerage in Surfers Paradise, focusing on commercial and business insurance, and partnering with a range of SME clients including landlords and construction firms. This brand new renovated office is a stone's throw away from the beach!Due to substantial growth, they are looking for an experienced claims consultant to support this collaborative team.Benefits: Up to $75,000 + Super Brand new offices in a great location Collaborative team which celebrates success together regularly Relaxed office and manager Yearly salary & performance reviews Exceptional longevity throughout the business Key Responsibilities: End to end claims management and processing. Work on a portfolio of around 80 active claims, primarily within the SME sector (landlords, construction, etc.) Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction. Collaborate with key stakeholders and Brokers, providing necessary updates and escalations. Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims documentation and data entry. Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently. What you'll need to succeed: 2+ years in SME claims handling. Experience with landlords and construction would be highly regarded. Tier 1 or 2 is essential. Understanding of commercial insurance processes and claims management. The ability to work autonomously but also collaborate with the team to achieve targets for your clients. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
