The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General / Building Manager to lead one of our iconic Brisbane properties. This position offers the platform to showcase your experience, skills and talent in our ever changing industry. Who We Are Arise Hotels & Apartments manages approximately 3,000 self-contained and contemporary strata titled apartments. Arise currently has an extensive portfolio across Queensland, Victoria and Adelaide with more growth set to occur in 2022 and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing You'll take passionate ownership of your business and lead your Team to success by: Regularly communicating with the property team, landlords / tenants and our guests; Ensuring a seamless guests experience is delivered at all touchpoint opportunities; Overseeing the daily and long-term operation of the property including maintaining compliance; Coordinating and executing against the Arise Hotels strategic plan and vision; Addressing rental arrears, maintenance issues and other property needs efficiently as required. What We Need From You Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Hotel or Strata Leadership role; Previous experience in managing or involvement in property leasing or real-estate is an advantage; Previous experience using PropertyMe and RMS Management Software is preferable; Strong stakeholder and relationship development and management skills; Effective and efficient time management skills; The ability to identify and build / develop current and future talent; Communication skills (written and verbal); The ability to problem solve for both our guests and Team Members.
