We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our Operations Centre, Keilor Park. The role Reporting to the Building Maintenance Coordinator, we are seeking a Building Maintenance Cleaning Team Leader who can bring their skills and experience for: Customer Service and Stakeholder engagement. Overseeing and managing programmed cleaning to achieve operational objectives. Development and management of facility cleaning audits. Experience in supervision of staff and contractors. Expert knowledge in the preparation and coordination of tendering processes for cleaning contracts. Proven experience in budget management. To be considered you will have: Experience in facility management, building cleaning and hallkeeping procedures and techniques. Local government experience is desirable. Degree or diploma related to management or facility maintenance with relevant experience or qualifications with demonstrated substantial experience (5 years or more). Demonstrated recent experience in managing and supervising staff and contractors. Sound understanding of relevant Acts, Codes and standards.
