We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Operations Centre, Keilor Park. The role Reporting to the Coordinator Building Maintenance, we are seeking a Building Maintenance Team Leader who can bring their skills and experience for: Knowledge of Building Maintenance procedures and techniques Sound knowledge of Building Legislation, regulations and codes A high level of competency in contract management and administration Recent experience in managing and supervising staff Expert knowledge in preparation, coordination in tendering processes for Building Maintenance contracts To be considered you will have: Local government experience is desirable Degree or diploma relating to Building Maintenance with relevant experience or qualifications with demonstrated substantial experience (5 years or more). Demonstrated recent experience in managing and supervising staff and contractors.
