What You Need to Bring to the Table: Mechanical Engineering qualifications. Experience wrangling services installation on-site. A Construction White Card (bonus points if it’s still in mint condition). A knack for managing risk (or at least looking calm while problems unfold). The ability to talk both consultant and contractor, fluent in technical jargon and site banter.
