Business Analyst - 6 months - start ASAP 28th January, 2025 Advance Thinking are a boutique consultancy with a great network of clients.Our client, in the international agribusinesses sector, has a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join them on an initial six month contract, looking to commence immediatelyKey responsibilities:Work closely with Project Manager and Business Lead to meet desired business outcomes Liaise between SAP, IT and business stakeholders to facilitate a common understanding and ensure deliverables and planning align with true underlying need Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Identify Rebate and Reporting Business Requirements on behalf of wider business user groups and validate/confirm. Critically evaluate to help suggest improvements to processes and current ways of working. Identify historical data and payback data requirements on behalf of wider business user groups and validate/confirm Develop business process flow diagrams on behalf of wider business users Interacts with business to resolve functional or technical issues and questions Support stakeholders and subject matter experts by explaining impact of Vistex and new way of working Provides input in master data mapping needs (which master data need to be mapped how and where) Provides input in Go live Strategy and supports go live (tests/approval prior to release to end users) Provides input in master data migration strategy and supports via testing Support SME with User Acceptance Testing (suggest, stand by) Supports regression test sales orders, EDI, finance with new contract types Supports train-the trainer user training with support from change management/training team After go-live, provide 2nd level support & escalate issues to IT team Work Location and Style:This position is based in Docklands, Melbourne with the option for Hybrid work.
