What you'll be doing This is a maternity relief role, providing business analysis, identifying, analysing and facilitating improvements to business systems, processes and workflows to enable the provision of quality business intelligence to stakeholders across the Institute and inform the delivery of functionality that supports increased efficiency and compliance. There will also be the opportunity to support end-to-end change management processes for system upgrades and strategic projects whilst in the role. Essential requirements Analytical skills and skills in gathering requirements, with the ability to communicate business needs to a technical audience and present this information in accessible formats; Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Health Information Management or related discipline; or demonstrated equivalent experience as a business.
