You: Ideally, you are a highly analytical and skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in developing business cases for strategic initiatives. You thrive on dissecting complex data, building financial models, and presenting your findings in compelling business cases to senior management. Your ability to work across multiple departments, engage stakeholders, and drive process improvement through automation is your strength. You will play a pivotal role in helping our client improve business processes, support decision-making, and ensure successful project outcomes. Essentially, you come from a large consultancy background with a focus upon benefits analysis. It would be perfect if you also absolutely love creating and presenting powerful, punchy visual PowerPoints. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research and gather data from multiple sources to understand the business context and identify opportunities for process improvement. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed automation projects. Develop detailed financial models to evaluate costs, benefits, and return on investment (ROI). Structure and write comprehensive business cases that clearly articulate the problem, proposed solution, expected benefits, costs, risks, and mitigation strategies. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business champions, product owners, IT, and end users, to validate assumptions and align on the approach. Create visually compelling and persuasive PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Confidently present business cases to decision-makers and provide ongoing support during the decision-making process.
