Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong ERP transformation and Dynamics 365 experience to join a multi-year program of work.Your Responsibilities: Document complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be"capability Analyse business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches Help establish requirements for the implementation of change in the business Consult with key stakeholders to understand and document “as is” processes and provide recommendations on “to be” processes Drive continuous improvement activities across all aspects of the business Work with business to understand their business processes (particularly finance teams) Report on the performance of projects and effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives Maintain understanding of current technology, database management, and/or programming practices through ongoing education, conference attendance, and industry press What you will need:7+ years of Business Analysis experience Must have full end to end program experience, from scope through to post-go-live ERP Transformation experience Must have experience implementing D 365, and be familiar with F&O module Strong understanding/experience in finance, procurement, supply chain Strong background in large, complex organisations across multiple global locations Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Experience improving process, procedures, frameworks and best practice into one standard that complies with policy and governance. Experience in designing process and systems improvements that deliver tangible benefits to end-users and customers Knowledge of Change Management principles Understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance Ability to deliver to tight timeframes and conflicting demands Technically competent in SharePoint, Visio (or similar) and Project. Tier 1 Finance or Supply Chain Product Knowledge of Oracle, SAP and Peoplesoft Financials would be great #J-18808-Ljbffr
