The Role: The Business Analyst will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and optimisation of HR system implementations. You will serve as a bridge between our clients’ HR needs and the technical solutions our vendors provide, ensuring a seamless integration into business operations. This role demands a mix of technical understanding, strategic planning, and a client-focused approach to deliver tailored HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement-gathering sessions to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define scope, set project timelines, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies. Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Analyse existing HR processes and systems to recommend improvements or enhancements. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for future improvement. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in HR systems to advise clients and enhance our service offerings. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the HR systems domain or closely related areas such as digital analytics with a keen interest in specialising in HR technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or similar HR management software is highly desirable. Project management certification or equivalent experience is also a plus. Why Join 12IC?
