Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to gather and document business requirements for optimizing PropHero’s digital property investment platform. Investigate existing business processes and work practices, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver greater value to clients. Develop and implement solutions to enhance PropHero’s data architecture on AWS, ensuring the platform meets the business's operational and analytical needs. Support the design and development of innovative tools, such as the GenAI platform, to improve client property management experiences and streamline operational workflows. Use data and process modeling techniques to create detailed system specifications for the development of scalable and robust software solutions. Create and implement test plans to ensure high-quality delivery of new features, updates, and enhancements to the PropHero app. Prepare user documentation and training materials, and provide training to internal teams on new system functionalities and features. Work with stakeholders to develop project plans for the delivery of new tools and platform upgrades, managing resources and ensuring timely execution. Act as a central point of reference for technical and functional queries, providing guidance during system design and decision-making processes. Ensure that all proposed solutions align with PropHero’s vision of using advanced analytics and AI to deliver seamless and personalized property investment experiences for clients. Requirements: Experience in business analysis, system design, or a related field. Strong understanding of data architecture, AWS, and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with process modeling techniques and system documentation. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and analysts. Experience in developing test plans and ensuring quality assurance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business processes. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training. Knowledge of AI/GenAI applications in business solutions is a plus. Competitive Compensation Package We value your contributions and offer a competitive economic package to match your impact. Annual Gross Salary: $AUD 145,000-155,000.
