We are looking for a Business Analyst with HR system experience for a project. You will be a part of a Global Consulting firm for one of their major projects. Responsibilities 5+ years working as a Business Analyst with large scale organizations Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR payroll and SuccessFactors Strong knowledge of HR payroll processes, systems, and regulations Experience with HR payroll system implementation and integration Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Us Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
