Role: - Senior Associate Consultant (Business Analyst-Payroll) Location: - Sydney Status – 3 months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role. JOB DESCRIPTION: - We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Business Analyst to join our team and support the Payroll Replacement Project . This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of a new payroll system. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll system implementations, HR technology, and a deep understanding of business processes. The position is for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension, and requires an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Partner with HR teams to gather, document, and assess business requirements for the Payroll Project. Evaluate current payroll systems and processes, providing insights. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure precise and effective communication of functional requirements. Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase and assist throughout the implementation. Ensure that the new payroll system aligns with both business needs and regulatory compliance. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working on payroll implementation projects. Extensive experience with HR systems like Workday. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Must be able to start immediately.
