As a Business Analyst in the Performance and Innovation Team, you’ll be at the forefront of discovering insights, uncovering new opportunities, and solving problems in unique ways. You’ll be given problems that require more than just following A to B – we need someone who can break away from traditional approaches and find creative solutions. Guided by our Values , your responsibilities will include: Business Transformation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying solutions that enhance performance and service delivery. Operational Planning & Performance Management: Support the development, monitoring, and implementation of Council's operational plans, business plans, and performance frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders. Project Management: Lead and collaborate on cross-organisational improvement projects, designing and implementing ePlanning and business solutions. Change Management: Foster strong stakeholder relationships to support Council and Group priorities.
