The Role As a Business Analyst (Part-time but may eventually become Full-Time) , you are responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimise business performance across multiple gym locations. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline operations, improve member acquisition and retention, and enhance overall profitability. Your main responsibilities will include: Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement across multiple gym locations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key teams to streamline processes, enhance member acquisition and retention, and optimise operational efficiency. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that support decision-making across the business. Process Optimisation: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve overall profitability. To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates: Police Check Working with Children Check About You This role requires someone who can balance analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Here’s what you could bring to our club: Experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions to improve business performance. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Why Join Us?
